Included in your monthly hosting and software rental is software updates and support for site issues. If you have any issues using the software, email us anytime at info@evreser.com or call 603-539-9090 during business hours. Server support is 24/7 through a special contact phone number we provide all customers.
Extended Hours Customer Support
After hours phone support is available for those who require instant software support during off hours. Both extend hours and 24/7 support is an option.
Training Programs
Initial training is included with every package. Extended training is also available to train additional staff, to refresh past training or learn more about the software and extend the features.
Custom Programming
Need a feature that we don't currently offer? We'd love to know about it. If it's something that will improve our software for all users, we may decide to add it to our future features list. We may also help you fund the cost of adding the feature if you need it immediately.
Integration With Other Platforms
We can integrate our system with another program you are or want to utilize. The cost will vary depending upon complexity of the integration.
