It’s all too easy to use. Want to edit something? Just log in and click on the icon next to the item you want to change. Here’s a brief list of the available features:
- Online Bookings/Reservations – Guests search rooms for vacancies. You can also include meeting rooms, dinner reservations, massages and anything else that can be added to a calendar.
- eCommerce – Sell souveniers, add-ons to rooms, and gift certificates.
- Content Management – Manage the content on your site without having to recreate your exisitng site. We can import any standard HTML site and many others that aren’t so standard.
- News – Provide blog like updates to potential guests complete with XML/RSS feeds.
- Events Calendar – Give a list of area events, in house specials and other calendar items that will entice a visitor to stay in your inn. Throw in popular and local holidays for a complete marketing tool.
- Contact Forms – Have one or multiple contact forms so people can ask questions, give you feedback or complete surveys.
- Membership - Visitors to your site can register providing you with valuable information. In return, you can offer them access to specials and packages only for members, an email newsletter and other member only content.
- Mailing Lists – Manage multiple mailing lists to keep in contact with your customers and potential guests.
- Employment Vacancies – Advertise available positions.
- Links - Offer links to area attractions, organizations and events.
- Timed Content – Create content in advance and have it automatically display on the day and time you select. Have it automatically disappear as well.
- Searching – Search box let’s people find content on your site of interest.
- Administration – Control panel allows you to control all aspects of your site and fine tune bookings. Multiple reports show how your bookings calendar is filling up including sales figures and bookkeeping aids. Information can be exported and imported to make life even easier.
