The idea for Evreser came about from one of our bed and breakfast customers frustrated with the current options and market. We've been involved in design work, web site creation and a whole lot of search marketing. This customer mentioned that there were fewer online reservations companies and that there were concerns of a lack of good competition. We have a number of bed and breakfast customers already. I've done a lot of work in content management for others and have coded data driven sites, so why not do something for me and others at the same time? It's time I created an online application for me to offer the world rather than just one business. Here it is.

Now there are some more features that I'd certainly like to add. So until these new features are included, I'm offering the current product at a reduced rate. These initial beta customers will continue to receive the discount for a period of time even after these features are added. While new customers are paying the regular price, I'll continue to thank the early adopters.

What's missing? Only a few things. I'd like an easier way to change room rates. I'm certain you don't charge the same amount all year long for your rooms. Also, I'd like to add better packages discounts, improved gift certificates and improve on front desk features. You see, all those features are there, they just need to be better. Currenly they feel more like a workaround than a feature. Of course we want to make everything easier to use and welcome your comments.

Last, the big feature is the ability to combine a group of inns on one page. Inn associations can benefit from one look up where all members availability can appear for the dates someone has entered.

When I started developing the application, I got carried away. I figured, while we are at it, why stop at just resevations online. Why not include the entire site? Not only does this thing create a site where you can edit all the content, but we've got a product that can also convert your existing site. That's right. If you like your site the way it is, don't change a thing yet still be able to edit the content. No more paying someone to change a few words here or there (and get billed $50 for it). Of course we are willing to make major changes for you, but it's nice to know you don't have to.

When I started pricing it, I realized we have a winner here. By eliminating your current hosting package and moving everything here, you save that hosting cost which makes our product very affordable. There are no hidden charges, we don't take a commission on your sales and hope you have a boatload of traffic. (Remember that we offer search marketing to help with your traffic explosion.)
